There are five (5) airfields
within a moderate commute distance from Ripon:

Stockton
Metropolitan Airport, located fifteen (15) miles to the north, provides air freight,
as well as corporate and general aviation services.

Airport, located ten (10) miles to the south,
provides commercial passenger service plus air freight and general aviation services.

Oakland International,
located one hour's drive to the west, provides full international aviation services.

San
Francisco International, located one and a half hour's drive to the west, provides
full international aviation services.

Sacramento
International, located fifty five (55) miles to
the north, provides full international aviation services.

San Joaquin County is a
confluence point for two national rail lines, the Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Union
Pacific Railroad. The Union Pacific and Southern Pacific Railroad main route through the
San Joaquin Valley runs directly through Ripon.
* The nearest Amtrak service points are located at 3243 Talbot Road, Riverbank (ten
miles east of Ripon); 735 S. San Joaquin Street, Stockton (15 miles north of Ripon); and
725 W. Clover Road, Tracy (17 miles east of Ripon).

| Located just fifteen (15) miles
to the north, the Port of Stockton provides
access to the Stockton Deep water Ship Channel, which is 75 nautical miles due east of the
Golden Gate Bridge. The Port has berthing space for 10 vessels, 500,000 square feet of
dockside transit sheds and shipside rail trackage, plus, over 2.5 million square feet of
warehousing. Vessels in the 45,000 to 55,000 ton class, and maximum 60,000 ton class can
use the channel fully loaded. |

| Ripon is located directly on
Highway 99, a major north-south trucking route through California's Central Valley.
Interstate 5 is the main north-south route from Canada to Mexico. The area is also well
connected for east-west transportation with Interstate 580 running to the San Francisco
Bay Area, and Interstate 80 running through Reno, Nevada and points further east. For more
