   GAP Loan Program
(.pdf 60k)

The Gap Loan Program provides down payment assistance loans to very-low, low and moderate income, first-time homebuyers. These loans bridge the "gap" between the cost of a home and what the household can afford. A household income which falls under 120% of the median could be eligible for a loan of 10% of the purchase price of one of the City's BMR homes.

   BMR Housing Program
(.html)

The Below-Market-Rate program is for new construction homes, which are sold below market rate at an affordable price to a qualified household. Resale restrictions apply.

   Home Improvement Loans
(.pdf 109k)

This program provides low interest deferred loans that help qualified lower income homeowners make needed improvements and repairs. This program is also offered to rental property owners whose tenants and rent rates meet the program qualifications.
