Storm Water Development Standards Plan

The City of Ripon has developed the Storm Water Development Standards Plan (SWDSP) in response to the requirements contained in its Municipal Separate Storm Water Sewer System (MS4) NPDES Permit. The SWDSP document will also assist Ripon to accomplish the following objectives:

• To protect the quality of the storm water runoff and the receiving waters that surround Ripon.

• To provide well-defined and consistent storm water development standards and an equitable review and approval process for Ripon’s future development and significant redevelopment.

• Assist the developer in selecting and sizing storm water control measures.
