Do not dump your trash.

Any load that is contaminated by trash or garbage is rejected, and the entire load is sent to the landfill at taxpayers' (your) expense.

Cameras have been installed to catch the trash dumpers.

The City of Ripon, the Ripon Unified School District, and Bonzi Recycling have set up a recycling program that benefits the students at Weston, Ripona, Park View, and Colony Oak Elementary Schools.

The program accepts the following:

• cardboard
• newspaper
• aluminum cans
• glass beverage containers
• plastic beverage containers
• electronic waste

Take your recyclable items to the Nestle Parking Lot on Industrial Avenue each Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (except for special events or holiday weekends.)
