NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - May 15, 2023 - GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT (GPA22-96) - a public hearing on a request to change the City’s General Plan Land Use designations at 456 Maple Avenue and 552 N Wilma Avenue. The change would designate these areas as High School (S-HS) rather than High Low Density Residential (HLD) and Low Density Residential (LD). This change will allow for the rezoning of the properties to enable Ripon Christian School’s campus expansion.
