2. Important Information

   Residents without a utility account must make payments in-office by cash/credit card/check during regular business hours. A transaction fee is applied to all credit card payment online or in-office. 

   Online requests will receive a confirmation email with information on the scheduled date by the following business day.    

   Request Deadlines

   All requests for Friday service must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

   Please note that requests are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from our office. If you do not receive confirmation, your request has not been scheduled.

18. •    Resident must be a utility billing customer and be current on their account.
    •    Amount is billed to utility account.
    •    Other payment options - cash and checks must be made in the office.
    •    1 can - $20.05      2+ cans – $25.35 for 2 cans and $5.30 for each additional can. 

20. By submitting this request I agree to comply with the regulations and agree to have the fee billed to my account. Amount may not show on the utility bill on the same month as request and so may show on the next month’s utility bill. Please read the Black and Green Can Regulations
