Lieutenant Jared Heuvel

Lieutenant Jared Heuvel started his law enforcement career in 2014 when he was hired by the Stockton Police Department. In September 2016, he was hired by the Ripon Police Department.  Jared worked as a Patrol Officer before being assigned to the investigations unit as the General Investigations Detective. 

In November 2020, he was promoted to Sergeant and served as a Patrol Supervisor. Jared was responsible for overseeing the Explorer program, Crisis Negotiations Team, and serving as the Department's Training Manager.  In May 2024, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant where he will oversee major divisions within the Police Department.
