Health Insurance Benefits for Retiring Employees
Retiring employees and City Council members have the option of continuing health insurance coverage under the City's health insurance plans. Premiums (the same rate the City pays) would be paid by retirees. This offer of continued coverage is only available immediately upon leaving employment with the City of Ripon. Employees will not have the option to enter the program at a later date.
