Full-time employees will be eligible to participate in the Money Purchase Thrift Pension Plan and Trust on the first day of the month after the first six full months of employment with the City of Ripon. The Employee's account is self-directed. Employees may have their monies handled by their personal broker, or direct the Trustee at Bank of Stockton as to the investment of all or a portion of the interest in any of their individual account balances.
